In 2015, I flew across the country to do a party for a friend. It just so happened my grandma lived just a couple hours from there. It had been 20 years since I‘d been to the west coast. Pulling off that surprise visit meant the world to me; she passed less than 3 months later. If it weren’t for Athena’s, I don’t think I would have been able to see her that last time.
My Athena’s family was there for me when she passed, I spread her ashes in Boston with a Goddess sister on what would’ve been her 90th birthday the following year. Athena’s featured my story in a “Party on Purpose” segment.
My family is one of the biggest reasons I am with Athena's! I'm able to be home with my youngest kids (aged 16 and 13) while still contributing to our household income.
We want a place of our own that’s big enough for our entire family, but that dream is on hold while my partner and I are both in college. My oldest son lives in Florida (he’s 22) and comes up to visit annually, I’d love to give him his own space and privacy when he’s here.
About a month before I married my partner Chris, I had my first ever Athena's party 18 years ago. 8 years later, I FINALLY became a Goddess. My partner is my biggest supporter and I am so very grateful to have him by my side!
I am the primary caretaker for our youngest son who has severe ADHD (surprise, surprise, me too) and autism. He has been obsessed with Mario since he was about 2. He is way too smart for his own good and is always keeping us on our toes!
Athena’s fits our lives so perfectly and helps me balance my sanity! Going out to do home parties gives me a much-needed adult conversation and the opportunity to help people better their sex lives. My business provides the flexibility needed to accommodate the multitude of appointments my family has on a regular basis.
Our middle child is a budding artist who currently loves all things Japanese. They love and use our spa products as well. I love having free time to spend with them (when they’re actually out of their bedroom).
We love Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, cooking shows, games and so much more! Pre-covid, we traveled and often. It was not uncommon for us to take off on a road trip somewhere for a day or week or two!
